Our philosophy

Our design philosophy is rooted in the belief that humans protect what they care for. By reconnecting people with nature through NUAGE, we aim to foster a deeper appreciation for the environment. This proximity to nature can inspire individuals to prioritize environmental protection globally.

NUAGE is an innovative solution addressing the global issue of plastic waste accumulation and environmental contamination. By recycling post-consumer plastic, NUAGE up-cycles waste into life-supporting products that naturally filter the air and enhance wellbeing.

Our Mission

NUAGE was created by MINDFUL INNOVATIONS, founded in Vancouver, Canada in 2008. Our mission is to meaningfully addresses the climate crisis by creating opportunities to regenerate biodiversity, and by orchestrating unexpected circular economies, up-cycling materials bound for the landfill into innovative and life-affirming products.

Who we are

The MINDFUL GROUP is a family owned Design and Architecture Creative comprising MINDFUL ARCHITECTURE, MINDFUL INNOVATIONS and MINDFUL SYNERGIES. As co-founders, Geneviève Noël and T. Maginnis Cocivera, joined forces to amplify our efforts to address the Climate Crisis, multiplying our creative energy to heal the Earth.

We are compelled regenerative designers, yogis, outdoor explorers, and we love to explore and learn from the wisdom of all cultures. We strive to live a life that is authentic, tuned in with our inner springs and committed to creating a spacious lifestyle amongst our hurried society. We are urban homesteaders, nurturing our two children on the forested slopes of North Vancouver. We are grateful to our gracious hosts, the sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish) and sel̓íl̓witulh (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations for the opportunity to live, work and play within their unceded ancestral territory.

“Over the past decade, we have been reconnecting as a family with our indigenous roots. This journey has revealed that ancestral wisdom offers an inspiring path forward for the healing of our planet for future generations”
